I work with pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults. I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which helps individuals identify and correct unhelpful thoughts and/or behaviors that cause emotional distress and interfere with living a satisfying and productive life. I currently provide virtual therapy sessions.
I enjoy providing presentations to clients and professionals regarding the treatment of panic attacks. I explain the methods used to treat panic attacks as specified in my book "Attacking Panic: The Power to Be Calm." I break down the methods of how to approach panic in order to reduce the severity and frequency of panic symptoms, and ultimately eliminate them.
I am pleased to work with other professionals and provide consultation on anxiety and/or anxiety specific to panic. In addition, I offer a 15-minute free consultation to possible new clients if they have questions prior to engaging in therapy.
