You can learn to deal with test anxiety and overcome the fear of failure.

To reduce separation anxiety don’t avoid separating from your toddler, practice separating in playful ways, begin using baby sitters while you are still in the house, be consistent with drop-offs, and develop calming bedtime routines.

Worrying can be a sign of an anxiety disorder if the worries are excessive and the resulting anxiety interferes with your child’s daily activities.

Selective mutism is an anxiety disorder that is diagnosed in children when they consistently do not speak in specific social situations when there is an expectation to speak.
